Instead of pocketing it, she quite literally shares the profits with the team members who collaborate on the project. I’ve never had a boss who thought outside of their own profit margins like that. She’s the kind of leader we need more of, someone who pulls others up behind her instead of stepping on them to get more (cough Bezos, Musk, cough Zuckerberg, Trump, cough cough.)
